At Arakawa Pottery, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade ceramics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package with Care

  Carefully wrap the ceramic item in its original protective packaging, ensuring there is ample cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
